Jone Skaara, Chairman of the Board

Jone Skaara served as CFO in HitecVision from 2003 to 2005 and rejoined the company in 2015 as a Senior Partner.   He came to HitecVision from the position as Director, Corporate Finance with Swedbank AS in Stavanger, Norway. He was also previously CEO & CFO of Odim Hitec for two years and he started his career with ABB in Switzerland.   Jone holds an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Morten Bjørnsen, Director

Morten Bjørnsen is an independent Management Consultant. Bjørnsen has extensive experience from both domestic and global businesses. He has previously held positions as Executive Chairman of Proserv Group AS, CEO of Wunderlich Securities AS, CEO of Glitnir Bank AS and Executive Vice President of Fokus Bank/Danske Bank. He was Senior VP at DnB and part of Statoils Natural Gas Department. He holds an MBA from Norwegian School of Management.
